THE CITY OF CLAREMORE IS NOW ACCEPTING BID PACKETS FOR THE OFFICE SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING OCTOBER 2009 THRU SEPTEMBER 2010 WITH OPTION TO RENEW FOR UP TO TWO YEARS. ALL PACKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE AND NO LATE PACKETS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL PACKETS MUST BE SEALED AND MUST HAVE THE BID NUMBER POSTED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKET FOR IDENTIFICATION. NO PACKETS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA FAX OR EMAIL.
