Special Requirements:
Bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting to be considered an acceptable bidder.This meeting will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1:30pm on 9-29-11.
Miscellaneous:
A surety bond of 5% is required and must be included with the sealed bid.
