The City of Claremore Animal Control Division is dedicated to protecting citizens and animals of the City of Claremore, by promoting responsible pet ownership through public education and the enforcement of Animal Control Laws. Claremore Animal Control is a division of the Claremore Police Department.

Volunteering

If you are interested in volunteering with Claremore Animal Control, our team is looking for assistance to bathe, walk and exercise the animals, assist in adoption events, shelter activities and public outreach efforts.

Those interested in becoming an Animal Control volunteer should fill out the Volunteer Application have it notarized and return it in person to Animal Control. All volunteers must be 18 or older.
