Requests for special assessment letters for properties within the City Limits can be mailed to the City Clerk’s office at 104 S. Muskogee Ave, Claremore, OK 74017 or submitted using the form below. Assessment letter requests must be accompanied by payment whether it’s a check or credit card payment online.

$5 rush fee for same day turnaround
