Employee Self Service

The Claremore Employee Self Services (ESS) portal is a tool to aid employees in accessing and updating basic information at your convenience.  When changes made through the portal,  it will send an alert to the Human Resources Department for approval.  The approval step integrates your newly elected information into the payroll software.

The ESS portal allows you a variety of options including the ability to update your direct deposit elections and  tax information.  You can also update address, phone number and dependents.  Employees can also access valuable documents such as their W2, pay and leave history. Login Information: 

User Name: first initial last name all lower case – i.e. jdoe
Password: last 4 of your social security number
