City of Claremore unveils new website and branding

The City of Claremore launched a new website, claremore.com.  The website showcases our new brand – We Are Claremore – which highlights civic pride for our community.

The city began rebranding efforts in March 2022 through a series of discussions with civic and business leaders, Claremore employees and partner organizations. From world-class bike trails to a thriving business community and tourism destinations, the new brand captures and highlights the many aspects that make Claremore unique.

Claremore’s new website features the new brand and improves the user-experience for citizens, while making it easier for city employees to share news and updates. Each department worked with the IT staff and the web development team to create content and functionality important to their areas to better serve citizens. Visually and functionally, the new site is a significant upgrade, offering a shared calendar of events with Visit Claremore, Quick Links to highly accessed content, online payment options throughout, an updated career services portal, a new agenda portal and an alert bar to notify businesses and residents of important updates.  The new city website was presented to the City Council on Sept. 6 by Innovation Technology Director, Tim White, who served as the City’s lead on this initiative.
