The vendor that supports the Claremore Utilities online payment portal is currently experiencing processing issues following a recent software update. As a result, the online payment portal has been temporarily disabled while repairs are underway.
Customers may continue to make payments by calling the Utility Billing Office at 918-341-0456 or by dropping off payments at City Hall, located at 104 S. Muskogee Ave. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m; drive-through opens at 7:30 a.m.
