Requirements for Solicitor's License
Anyone who wants to go door-to-door to solicit sales inside of Claremore City limits is required to have a permit through the City.
Required documents:
- Application filled out for each person requesting to go door-to-door
- Driver’s license and OSBI background check for each person
- Company OK Sales Tax Permit or proof of exemption
- General Liability Insurance
Fees:
- $50 company application fee
- $50 per day/$150 per week/$300 per year for non-residents
- $25 per day for itinerant merchants selling goods by auction
- $5 per day/$15 per week/$30 per year for City residents
