All services provided by the Utility Department are billed in one convenient, consolidated bill, allowing customers to make a single monthly payment to cover electric, water, sewer, and trash fees.
You can pay your utility bill, add/change utility service or speak with a utility services representative at the Utility Services Office, located in Claremore City Hall. The office and drive-through window are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We also have three convenient after-hours drop boxes at City Hall: near the drive-through window, on the side of the building near the breezeway and in the parking lot on the east side of the building.
Please note, that any customer who needs to update bank draft information will need to contact the utility office. E-checks are not a supported payment method.

Starting June 20 2023, the utility billing office will have delayed openings every other Thursday. The office will open at 1:00 p.m. to give our staff dedicated time for training and administrative duties that are necessary to better serve our community. We appreciate the patience and understanding. You can access our online payment portal, use our automated phone payment system or drop payments off in any of our drop boxes.
